lovedo is operated by Nige Ltd (nigelhamilton.com), the data controller for the information described below. We aim to collect as little as the service needs.
What we collect
- Account details - the email address you sign in with, and your handle and display name if you set one.
- Your content - the answers, pages, role descriptions and comparisons you create.
- Passkeys - if you add one, we store only the public key; the private key never leaves your device.
- Usage events - which features are used (e.g. a profile generated or shared), with timestamps, to improve the product.
What we don't do
- No selling or renting of your data.
- No advertising trackers.
- No passwords stored - sign-in codes and session tokens are kept only as one-way hashes.
Sharing and visibility
Everything you create is private by default. A share link makes that one item visible to anyone holding the link until you revoke it. Your raw answers are never shown on shared pages.
Where it lives
Data is stored in the EU (AWS, eu-west-1). Transactional email (your sign-in codes) is delivered via Postmark.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Contact us via nigelhamilton.com.
