If you like Python and want to build the actual engine behind a conversational AI product, this is hands-on backend work on agentic flows, APIs, and a large Rails monolith you can grow into. You will own scoped parts of the system, ship often with tests, and work with senior engineers who care about your growth in a fully remote, write-it-down culture.
