Our take: The real work here is building and hardening the backend that lets AI agents work across the whole software delivery lifecycle, designing clear APIs and defining new patterns in a mature Rails codebase.
You will help shape how AI agents interact with the whole software delivery lifecycle, building the backend that makes that possible in a mature Rails and API codebase. This is early, high-visibility work where you get to establish the architectural patterns others will follow, alongside a small async team spread across AMER and EMEA. If you love designing clear APIs, writing well-tested code, and treating AI as a real engineering tool rather than a buzzword, you will feel at home here.
