If you spent the first half of your career deep in distributed systems and now lead sizeable engineering organisations without losing your technical edge, this is a rare kind of challenge. You would own the mandate to make security an invisible, built-in property of how millions of people's money stays safe, working alongside the CISO and CTO while structuring 30 to 50 engineers for real autonomy. You do not need a security background at all, just exceptional engineering leadership, sound judgement, and a genuine drive to build blameless, inclusive teams.
