This is a management role for someone who loves growing engineers and shaping how AI agents run safely at scale. You will lead three teams across frontend, backend, and AI engineering, each anchored by a staff engineer, and you will still contribute real technical judgment to design reviews on sandboxing and observability. If you get energy from coaching people through genuine ambiguity while helping a consequential group ship, this is where that work lives.
