Intermediate Support Engineer (SHIFT)
from GitLab · read the original and apply on their site
Remote, United Kingdom
Our take: The real work here is turning customers' hardest GitLab edge cases into real fixes, from strace on a Linux process to a merge request in the codebase.
This is support for people who would rather fix the bug than route around it. You will run strace on a stuck process, reproduce the customer's edge case, then open a merge request against the real codebase to solve it for good. If you love Linux internals, digging into logs, and turning a customer's bad day into a documented, permanent fix, this is a place where support and engineering genuinely meet.
