Remote, United States
Our take: The real work here is leading and growing a distributed support engineering team while stepping into the fire yourself when critical government customer incidents demand it.
This is a role for someone who loves building and growing a support team as much as they love the puzzle of a broken enterprise deployment. You will hire and coach engineers, refine how a distributed team serves demanding, highly regulated government customers, and step in yourself during escalations when the stakes are real. If you find genuine satisfaction in making other engineers better and in turning messy support processes into something that runs cleanly, this will feel like home.
