Senior Migration Engineer - GitLab Dedicated

Remote, Canada; Remote, United States

Our take: The real work here is guiding customers through GitLab migrations end to end, debugging the replication that goes wrong, and turning each engagement into better tooling.

If you like getting a customer safely from a messy self-managed setup onto a clean managed environment, this is your kind of puzzle. You will replicate data with Geo, debug the sync problems no one else can, design the network and cutover plan, and then turn what you learn into tooling so the next migration is smoother. It is remote, largely asynchronous, and built for people who own outcomes without needing someone watching over them.
