If you love making PostgreSQL do hard things at scale, this role hands you the data layer behind GitLab's security features and the space to own it properly. You will design ingestion, storage, indexing and querying for vulnerability and dependency data, grow into the team's database expert, and help shape newer modular services from a blank page. It is fully remote, self-directed, and built for someone who wants outcomes to own rather than tickets to clear.
